Our Safety Commitment

The construction industry is a dangerous business. We are committed to protecting the health and safety of everyone involved with our operations. This involves our employees, our subcontractors, and the people who live in the communities we serve.

Our standard requires all employees to attend safety training based on OSHA best practices. We produce safety programs and safety procedures for each individual job that focus on project specific hazards. We also provide safety and health information to our subcontractors and require them to properly train their employees with respect to our best practices. We feel that demonstrating active leadership engages employees and subcontractors to responsibly manage health, safety, and environmental hazards.

It is our goal to completely eliminate occupational injuries, illnesses, unsafe practices, and incidents that have a negative impact on the environment. By communicating our commitment to protect the wellness of everyone involved with our operations we seek to earn the recognition as a leader in Health, Safety, and Environmental performance from our customers, government agencies, and the general public. Our commitment to upholding the values of our HSE Policy is one of our proudest achievements.

CB RICHARD ELLIS

"Our property managers trust A-1 for quality and professional service on each and every project. We take comfort in knowing that A-1 will accurately complete the project on schedule with minimal or no tenant interruption. These qualities are why we have done business with A-1 for several years and will continue to do business with them for years to come."
